Crashes all the time but great for parental controls

I have a love hate relationship with this app. It really helps to track data usage by phone, restrict usage by phone and tracks numbers by phone. It has been very helpful with my kids to restrict their phone usage during school and nights. However, it is not reliable when it comes to crashes. It consistently signs me out while using it, closes on its own while using it and forgets the settings I just put in place. These need to be fixed.

This app is horrible once you install it and choose the phone number the persons phone no longer have 4glte connectivity— tried this 5xs thinking I’m doing something wrong but nope when I uninstalled it that persons phone 4glte comes back.. this is ridiculous! I don’t even want to give this app 1 star!

Read the reviews. Once you start blocking etc....it won’t unblock. Texts won’t work or you won’t be able to see them. Then you have to contact ATT to fix things. What a hassle

This app is so screwed up. It turned my daughter’s phone into an electronic brick. AT&T will not assist with the reactivation of her cellular data, even though I have changed the restrictions.

Glitches out and closes

This app needs to get updated quickly. I didn’t even have the app open for a minute and it closes out. I’ll open it again and once again it closes out. I’ve even tried deleting and installing and it still does it.

My kids only have 4g now

The minute my kids rebooted their phone, they went to 4g and it has limited their abilities. Plus it didn’t truly show me when they had been texting as I compared my phone to their texts and clearly I was not seeing them all. Good concept, but definitely needs some upgrades!

This app is crap

I downloaded this app to put night time limits on both of my children’s phones! Both of their cellular data got shut off. After spending 45 minutes with ATT support, they said that I have to take the phones to Apple where I bought the phones from and have them do some diagnosis in testing to see why the phones data does not work.

I like most of the feature of this app. however as soon as we started using it, it blocked the data on the phone we set restrictions on. The data came back once we remove smart limits.

Times it won’t even stay logged in. And it still allowed calls to go out and in after you schedule the time for no incoming or out coming during A certain time as it claims it does

We get texts & calls listed, that’s it. When we set restrictions it does it’s own thing. Blocks everything not selected items. If we select night hours it still works on calls. Camera not working when supposed to be “on”. Time adjustment dial moves where it wants. Looking for alternative.
