The app suddenly stopped working and before that it never succeeded in controlling my kids’ usage of their devices. For the past few days The app freezes upon opening requiring me to restart it and when it finally opens I am prompted to sign in. After signing in I am prompted to resubscribe to the app all over again.

Seems like AT&T could develop a better app that doesn’t crash along with other constant issues—especially when charged monthly to use.

When it works, it’s a great feature for controlling the use of phone especially for teens. However the app is constantly shutting off and right it is frozen and controls are ineffective. Please fix!

Can’t log in. I can log in at the main AT&T site, but can’t log in via the app. Tried changing the password through the app login page. Password change worked. I can log in with the new PW through the AT&T site, but still can’t log in through the app.

Actually phone numbers not in your address book show up with 2 middle digits missing. No explanation for that. Instead you have to realize it. So what makes that useful? Nothing, it’s totally incoherent. It should at least provide a complete phone number. Better yet, since it’s one of my devices making a call AT&T should provide actual caller ID, just like they don’t do on a phone bill, which makes that useless too.

It serves its purpose as far as blocking and allowing and limit features. Unfortunately, each time I’m reviewing the activity, it would automatically log me out or the screen would turn black (keep me logged in option is turned on). Please fix!

I love the app but every time I use it always logs off constantly. I have to keep going back into. I think if I pay a month fee it should work. Please fix it.

This app crashes every time I go into it. If I try to make any changes it crashes. This is not good.

For over a month, I haven’t been able to log in using the app. It tells me that my User ID is incorrect. I just spent over 30 minutes with AT&T and they can’t get it to work, either. Deleting the app and reloading it did not correct the problem. They said they will report the issue. I don’t have any trouble when logging into my ATT wireless account or into Smart Limits by using ATT/Smart Limits.com. However, these work-arounds to access Smart Limits take too long - please fix the app or I will have to discontinue the service.
