Totally screwed up my sons’ iPhones

Strongly recommend you do NOT buy/install this application. I put a night limit on the phone, ie no data plan from 10pm to 6am. Then it killed the data plans on both phones. I had to delete the Smart Limit account then I had to spend 20 min on the phone with AT&T to get it resolved. Disappointing.

I downloaded this app and signed in and looked at the features, then I read reviews about this app and none of them were wrong about it, it zaps your phone of cell data! I signed in and tried closing the account because people said it messes up the cellular data on their children’s phone so I did that and my own data stopped working so I had to chat with AT&T through the text feature on the my AT&T app for at least 45 minutes and explained I had to close this app on my line! While texting AT&T through the chat feature on the myat&t app I was transferred to text with AT&T tech and he was able to fix it for me. Thanks to Ryan and I believe David, I was able to get my data back. Thanks to at&t tech I’ve been helped with problems I should have never had if I would’ve listened to the reviews first. Trust me I just logged in for about 30 second and did not click anything and then I logged out and poof my service was not working. If you find yourself in this situation go somewhere where there is WiFi, go to AT&Ts website, use the chat option and give them the info they need, and explain to them that your smart limits account is blocking your data and tell them to remove it from your line.

Setting a daily time limit

It might be neat to have a feature offered where you can set a daily time limit for usage. Other more affordable apps offer this feature. I like the number of text limit and a phone limit would be neat but a daily allowance of usage would be cool. Thanks!

Updates would help!

This app needs an update badly. It shuts down within 10 seconds of use. It also doesn’t store the username and password and won’t log back in with facial recognition on the iPhone X.

This app works fine for limits as far as monitoring logs it doesn’t work. Half the time it only shows call and I need to see who my minor child has texting him. Shame a tech company can have an app so useless GET WITH it or don’t even promote this app it’s horrible and NOT reliable info

Downloaded app and put on one of my phones. 2 days later, internet doesn’t work. I canceled the service through the app, and still won’t work. On phone with att and they do not have access to the Accra to make changes. Freaking amazing. Should have listen to the reviews.
