Thought will help to control data which control billing, but not save enough money for this additional monthly... nice scam, AT&T!

Good except for the fact that your kids can hack it and unblock the crap you’ve blocked and change their limits. I wish you could set it to where only the one person could have the app. And the “ranking” list should be updated as well.

This app gives you a false sense of security. It doesn’t even display all regular call and text let alone FaceTime and other forms of messaging. What a let down!!

CONS: 1. It constantly gets logged out. 2. Blocked numbers are limited to 30 (in total). So, if there is 31st unwanted phone #, then “bingo” takes place by replacing one of the 30. 3. The “SmartLimits” meets its “limits” with WiFi — if your kid is smart enough to use free “limitless” app similar to FaceTime, the the “limits” unleashed. 4. It delays with displaying the real-time “Activity” and even misses some. PROS: It is still the best out there due to its simplicity. Hopefully, this app will get developers’ attention to satisfy its faithful users. Thanks in advance!

Really low key on keeping track of kids usage. Doesn’t update well nor does it catch all txts n calls. On top of that, it’s not accurate to when calls and txts are made. For parental controls, it would seem this app was made by folks with no kids.....

Sales calls and others get through the restrictions. It happens during restricted time and these numbers are not on her contact list. Very disappointing!

I can shut down the phone of my teen daughter while she is in school she can only receive and send text and calls to her mother or I while in class it still allows calls to the police in an emergency. I can manage her data usage to avoid overage. The only thing the app needs is tracking to make sure she is in school or in a safe place. Tracking can also help in retrieving a lost phone. As phone prices goes hire we need the ability to recover them from thieves or lost situations. Thanks to the support teams and creators for this app.

The app is full of bugs and has extremely limited functionality. I will be canceling and subscribing to Disney circle which gives me much better control and hopefully has a more stable app. This is Expensive and offers very little.

I’ve had this on my kids’ phone for a couple of years in hopes that more control features would be added. Unfortunately nothing has been and it often doesn’t work. I set limits and they still can use the phone. Or, I often get a “come back later” notice. Finally canceled it today! Looking for something else now!
