I got this app to monitor my baby downstairs. Paid a few dollars for the local monitoring and it worked great sign in on my phone and wife’s phone once each and stayed signed in. One touch connect and we’re in business. Good sound sensitivity, and in the rare event that there was a connection interruption it would play sounds to let me know that I’m no longer listening to the silence of my soundly sleeping baby. For some reason there was an app update that was a complete UI and functionality overhaul, and now this app is unusable. Now I have to sign in every single time on both phones, then I have to pull up a magic number on one phone and enter it in the other phone just to get it connected. Every time! Even worse, if the connection is interrupted, IT GIVES YOU NO AUDIBLE INDICATION WHATSOEVER. I hadn’t heard anything in a while so I glanced at the phone and it simply says “reconnecting”. So I run downstairs and my baby is screaming her head off for god knows how long because the app didn’t tell me that it was a total failure. I deleted the app immediately. DO NOT USE THIS APP. THERE ARE MANY OTHER ALTERNATIVES THAT WILL ACTUALLY WORK.

I bought this app a couple months ago in 9.99$ and it was ok till the last update now I should pay every week, months and years to get their services. I sent email and told them my problem but they didn’t answer.

This app recently changed for the worse. I paid $7.00 when my daughter was a month old (now she’s 9 months) and the app was working very well. Now I found out that there were changes done and I couldn’t get my phone to pair with my iPod. Finally after 7-12 tries I finally got my phone and iPod paired and both kept saying monitoring but I was outside the baby’s door and she started screaming but my phone didn’t give me any notification that she was awake or anything. I downloaded the Annie pro but I have to pay another $4.00 just to get the same app I had on the old Annie app before they changed it. Very frustrating and scary knowing that something could happen to my baby and I wouldn’t know anything. Completely worthless and a waste of money.

I subscribe to 1 year thinking that i can use my samsung as my child device and iphone as parent device, but apparently the app is not the same, and i cant connect them. Can u advise me how to connect them or can i get a refund for 1 year subscription Thankyou

I’ve had this app for a little over a year and a half. Last April I even upgraded to use the app while not being connected to WiFi. It was fabulous. About a month ago an update trashed the entire app. You can no easily log in, you have no options on hearing or seeing your child(except noise sensitivity), sound is very delayed now. I have a special needs son that needs constant monitoring while alone/sleeping. This app made it dangerous to leave him unattended to sleep. Incredibly disappointed. I have contacted support more then once and they promise a more effective update. I’ve seen absolutely no improvement. I see that the app has continued to update but again no improvement. Do not buy. You will waste your money.

Doesn’t work even after purchasing. Cannot cancel subscription

I downloaded this for our trip. It worked great when I tested it but there is a 30 minute time limit before you have to purchase a subscription. I ended up buying a subscription but it is still limited to a half hour. Then when I try to cancel the subscription it just directs you to an error page. Do. It buy. Don’t download.

Used to work cross Platform, doesn’t anymore

The app is useless for me without the cross platform. I bought this app and decided against others because of the functionality. Feel kinda scammed right now. I know the update was due to privacy improvements but changing one platform without the other destroys the whole experience.

v4 Broke everything

Until v4 this app was great! Some flaws here and there but easily bearable. With this new v4 I can no longer: - see how much noise is going on in the room so I can set the sensitivity properly. - there is no time limit for how long silence should continue before changing the status from awake to sleeping - no indication whatsoever that my child is awake in the room (I spoke in the other phone and the monitor says the room is still quiet)... the app used to turn red and turn the sound on... now only the sound stays on 100% of the time. Update: The developer replied with basically “we improved security but removed a major feature”. That is not how to develop consumer friendly applications.
