Worst. Upgrade. Ever!

If I could give this zero stars, I would. The "cool new upgrade" broke login. Worst still, I purchased this app a few years ago. Now it seems I'm being forced to pay for either a weekly, monthly, or annual subscription. It seems like the bait and switch to me.

I had this 2 years ago and it was a five star! I'm using it now with my youngest son and I give it a four star rating because when you don't have it pulled up an annoying lady says your baby is awake every time a noise is heard. I liked it better when it just vibrated. Wish I could turn the warning off. But I love this app! It is the best and great price!! **edit for update** I can no longer use this app because it says my iPad 3rd Gen is not compatible. So now I have to find another app...and my money is gone. Thanks but no thanks to the update, it was fine the way it was.

I really, really liked the previous version but this “MAJOR UPDATE” is a HUGE NO! I don’t like it and am definitely going to find a new baby monitor app.

“Upgrades” don’t work

I’ll be honest, I don’t know why the app was changed so much. Many of the reasons that I loved the app and bought it in the first place are now gone. I feel like this “upgrade” was a downgrade in many features and now it hardly works at all. I loved the time feature, so I could see how long it was running and didn’t have to keep track of when my little one went down. I also loved the visible bars of sound, so I could see the noise level. I also loved that I could talk to my baby, and also that I could look back on the history. All of that is gone now. And when I tried to turn the sound up this morning after having it low overnight, IT WASNT EVEN CONNECTED and couldn’t reconnect!!! Poor choice of “upgrade”, and I will not be using anymore.

Worst update I’ve ever seen

Previous app had its quirks but had been functioning mostly fine for a year+. Application updated yesterday (Valentine’s Day) and it’s barely functional. Can no longer pair with the old iPhones in the drawer (key for those with young kids) and features that app is showing it should support aren’t working. Support is currently non-existent: email has gone unanswered for coming on 1/2 a day and links to entire faq section on web site is broken. If you’re in the market for an app with this functionality, then save yourself the headaches and skip this one. Looks like I’ll send today finding a new one.

Hated what they are doing!!

I purchased the older version of this app about a year ago and I was using it just fine. Yesterday I found out I need to upgrade it to a new version, so I did. Then all of a sudden all the features is gone and it tells me I need to purchase a new subscription to access the features. I mean seriously??? I am removing this and downloading another app!

I’ve had this app for a while but didn’t complain with the issues because the app is cheap but not after they did an upgrade and wanted you to pay for subscription! Like seriously? I already paid for this app and you simply discontinue and disabled my log in because you wanted to charge more money for subscription for this lousy app?!? Firstly, the video froze all the time, lose audio and only works on same wi-fi connection UNLESS you pay more money to be able to connect wi-fi to 3G/4G (like hotel wi-fi to your 3G/4G phone)! Now they want to charge you for the upgraded app again and the subscription! Don’t waste your money on this crap! There’s a bunch out there that don’t have to pay for subscription! The trial video monitor (they disabled my log in that I paid for!) looks crystal clear...don’t be fooled! I remember it was clear too before I purchased the app but not after I logged in and started using it! So what happens to the money that I paid for to use this app? Gone? How many people like me did you steal money from?!?

After Major release it is total disaster

After the major update, all the features we used are gone. You cannot join to phone which is locked and app is running on background. Do not see history and noise diagram. And design is horrible withou any possibility to customize (own image). I am looking for some other app a dedinitely do not recommend this in the latest version!

Pay for the App $6 and now is charging a Monthly use. Less than 1 start is my rate. I pay the amount at the beginning to avoid monthly services.
