This app failed my child and I


Doesn’t work.

After logout from account, close app manually, uninstall the app, and restart all of my devices, this app works once in five times maybe. I really love this app when it’s working but it works rarely. I wish this app works more often, at least once in three times.


Mostly works.. One major complaint

Here's the situation... I'm mostly satisfied. I have one major complaint. We have two access points in our house for good coverage. When my iPhone roams from one to the other I get a message saying I need to subscribe to the "cloud" service, but it still works -- that is, the baby monitor can be connected to one access point and my iPhone the other, and I can monitor our baby. If you are using multiple access points and a wireless LAN controller, you will need to enable broadcast forwarding and multicast between access points. On Cisco devices, these are off by default. I'd like to have that stupid subscription message gone. No, I don't need to subscribe to have this work between two access points on the same network. ------- Original review: I added a wireless access point in my house so that I have good coverage in the basement and garage -- I now have two. They use a wireless LAN controller and have the same SSID (wireless network name). They're both on the same /24 subnet. Now this software is telling us that we have to buy a subscription to the "cloud" version because we are using it on "different networks". Again, both access points are on the same network in the same house. I emailed support but got no response.


App doesn’t work

The app does not work. It simply says “connecting to server” endlessly, even after paying for the cloud connection.


Bad product and poor customer service

My husband and I purchased this app for all of the reasons advertised- it seemed like a good use of old electronics (suggested in advertisement) and a great product for use on business trips (as advertised). We paid an additional subscription fee to be able to access the monitor without WiFi. The product doesn’t work without WiFi, it sometimes says the baby is sleeping when we can audibly hear him crying, it disconnects regularly. I emailed customer service and at this point have dealt with three different people, answered many questions, sent requested screen shots, and have not had follow-up on any of it.


Won’t connect !

Every single time for the past week I’ve been trying to connect to the ipad in my sons roomand it says connecting for five minutes but wont actually connect .


Very slow video...save your money

I am so glad that I tried the free trial first instead of purchasing! The video was so laggy it took up to ten minutes for the camera to catch up. I thought it was my internet but I did a speed test and my internet was fine so it was on the app. If this issue was fixed I would more than likely redownload this app.


after purchase no longer works

it worked in the trial, but after purchasing and creating an account, no longer worked. it said it can't connect if the devices are on different networks.. but it's only 1 wifi network as in the trial.... I guess they want you to buy the cloud subscription.. update: so it's because there are multiple routers with the same ssid in the hotel I'm in.. but before purchasig it was no problem. After I PAID, no longer worked and the cloud message kept popping up. I putchased cloud service and now the signal is terrible! will ask for a refund, it's a stupid app developed by greedy devs!! shame on you to use baby apps to scam/make money!

When I was in trial , I had no connectivity issues. Once I purchased the license , connection constantly drops and ask me to upgrade to cloud service. I don’t know that’s their business strategy or not. Things that happened to me might not happen to you.
