Video goes black

Video only works for about a minute before going black. I tried to get it to work for over an hour with no success.

I bought this app a couple of years ago and it worked great! The new update doesn’t work at all. It says the room is quiet when my son is crying even when I put the sensitivity to 10. The sounds you can play are extremely delayed and don’t always turn off when you press stop. The video button doesn’t work and gives no indication that it’s attempting to work. I haven’t been able to get it to play any audio on the parent device when my son is making noise. I’m looking for an alternative now.
Frustrating

Got this app almost a year ago and paid for it. It worked great. I got a new phone a week ago and had to enter my email and passwords again in for my apps and now it’s not recognizing my email and stating I have to pay for it again. I am very frustrated. I shouldn’t have to pay again for the full service.
Video rarely ever works

We’ve had this program nearly a year now because we wanted to give it a decent shot. Ever since purchasing it I’ve had issues with it connecting both the sound and video. I don’t recommend this app at all.
Upgrade ruined the app

I have had this baby monitor since my son was born two years ago and use it whenever we travel away from home. It used to be great! The user interface was detailed and easy to use. The upgrade suffers from what I call the “clean interface syndrome’ where the developer made everything look “pretty” and in the process very difficult to use. I used to be able to “see” volume levels of the how much noise was in the room and adjust the sensitivity accordingly until it no longer registered the white noise machine. Now it’s just a sliding scale and I guess each time if I have blanked out the noise machine. You used to be able to see the exact battery life of the monitoring device, now it just says “the battery is low”. I used to be able to see how long my baby had been sleeping since his last wake up, now I don’t see anything. Overall, a very frustrating update and one that will make me look elsewhere for a travel baby monitor.

I paid for this app and had used it. Now it says I have to purchase a subscription to keep using it. TOTAL CON! Do not purchase.
So glad my old devices cannot be updated!

I have had this app for three years and it has worked just fine on the older iPhone and iPads. I downloaded it on to my newer iPhone & iPad and the app is so disappointing. It does not seem that I can add a child. No help button. Just a blank white screen. So glad the other devices can not be updated!!
