When I load ancestry and use it for a little while, it somewhat restarts my phone and every other location after taking me to a loading screen that is just black.

Does Not Tell your Correct Origin

I am a very proficient researcher when it comes to tracing back timelines to the present day. The DNA test is all a scam it does not specify anything just gives you a estimated percentage of assumptions. Not only is it unreliable to tell you anything you need to know, it also tells you your family history is inaccurate, when you have documents to prove you have indigenous great great great grandparents. Highly do not recommend to anyone, price is unreasonable to receive falsified guesstimates. Continue to follow your family history through paperwork, intermarriage of your indigenous ancestors and culture, and living relatives information retrieved. Will not be using Ancestry platform anymore, also would not refer any of my friends or family.

Don’t Like The New Layout

I love the Ancestry app. However, the new layout doesn’t make sense. I have to go into the “more” menu to get to DNA matches. The two things that I want most to see are my tree and my DNA matches. I feel that this app is becoming a great big Ancestry advertisement. I paid for my DNA test, and I should easily be able to get the benefits of it.

This is a great app. You can create a tree or lookup information. I highly recommend this app.

I have heard many that have gotten on here to find out about their families- I am at a place in my life where this sounds very interesting to me and I would like to add my family and find out some history while looking up other family members- thank you to your team for providing a way for people to discover things about their life line that we didn’t know❤️

I cannot open any relatives, I can’t access anything the new update has bricked for the most part the app / site completely For me. No matter where I log in from.
