Love this app PLEASE fix!

I did the recent update but it continues to lag and freeze and I have to completely close it and open it back up every 5 mins.Also it keeps saying I have 2 unread messages I check it daily there are no new messages I don’t know if anyone else has these issues but it’s really frustrating when trying to do my tree.

I’m getting so sick of all searches being overwhelmed by Newspapers.com results that don’t contain the relevant information but constantly plead for another subscription that doubles the cost. Extremely aggravating.

This is an excellent product. Well thought out. My only difficulty with this is the movement between external databases.This is not Ancestry's fault since they do not own these databases. For example, I need to move between Ancestry and Family Search quite frequently so I have to keep separate windows on my desktop open. This movement is not so easy on a handheld device. Other than that, I love Ancestry.

You get the other two stars when the app doesn’t crash every three seconds :P It’s amazing trying to track down ancestors and i’m having a great time BUT the app keeps crashing on me and it’s aggravating when i’m trying to read the life story of my great-great-great-great-great… well, you get the idea.

I have been a member of Ancestry for years and when I think I have reached a standstill I log in the next day and there’s those little green hint leaves AGAIN. It’s well worth the time and money if you enjoy researching your family tree.

Down a lot. You mark up a tree and you leave the app; when you go back in, your paternal grandfather is now your paternal step grandfather. You save a hint and it keeps coming back to be reviewed. Huge waste of time.
