This newest update is the worst. I loathe the discoveries section. You can’t get to ethnicity information and there are so many steps to get to the things you are looking for. Let’s go back to the old way!

I joined about 3 years ago, maintained the account, and never followed up to check it out. I am simply amazed but gratified by what I have found. From now on, I will come back often!

I’ve really enjoyed my Ancestry App. I look at it almost daily! So much info and updated regularly. Thanks!

I love it, but it hasn’t worked for the past 6 months or so - On android and Apple....

Being able to see the highlights on the census using the app is so helpful! The app just keeps getting better and more like the website which is perfect for a mom of two young children who can’t sit down at the computer and use the full web version as much as I’d like and I’m limited to using my phone app 90% of the time I devote to research. Thank you to the devs who are working on this app!

Hi, I’ve been enjoying Ancestry very much. However, I’m very interested in finding family on my paternal grandfather’s side. I always hit a brick wall. There are 3 or 4 people who I think I might be related to through him. How can I really know and find out? Thank you! Terry Romero

I’ve been having some issues with the map section on the app. When I click on the map it’s not showing ALL of the places where my ancestors are from. I tried making sure I had sources and still, not all of my ancestors are showing up on the map. For example, my 13th great grandfather, Francisci Nicolai Kerschner was born in Lilienfeld, Austria. When I go to the map, there is not a little circle in Austria that has his initials on it. With quite a few of my German ancestors, I’ve accepted hints that have a birth place on it, and they’re not showing up on the map either. It’s very frustrating when I’m trying to show a friend or a family member where some of my ancestors were from, but they’re not showing up on the map. Please fix this.
