The app will not stay open. I deleted the app. I re-downloaded the app. It’s still crashing.
They messed it up

This used to be a good app. Now it is geared to those that have been using it for years and purchase all the add ones. They changed the format and the layout of the things you want to see are buried and you have to search for them. The opening screen is now one of three things not everything that you just click on to go to the area you want. It appears they are gearing the app to push you to areas that will cost you money to see the info. If they don’t change this I believe people are going to quit purchasing thru this company. I have convinced over 20 friends and family to purchase the kit and now I feel like I ripped them off. Bottom line, until they fix this app and make it easier for those that are new to it DONT PURCHASE your test thru Ancestry.com.

Fas Fascinating Search...and the content gets easier and easier to use as well as as continuously updated. earch...and the content gets easier and easier to use as well as as continuously updated. I avery surprised about how quickly documents have been gathered for my review...and how some details are correcting a long time belief about my father's middle name when I studied his draft registration with his own signature. Also, I now have documentation about my father's parents and their birth in Ireland...fascinating!

Love the app! Helps me continue my research even while on the go. But wish it wouldn’t ask me to add the same records over and over again. Plus, shows me a lot of records that don’t apply.
