What a joke. This app is ok if you have insurance but if you don’t the pricing is outrageous. Waste of time Which is unfortunate because I really needed help Just a let down

Visit was very thorough and took little time to set up. I would highly recommend this service. Very efficient and my daughter will me be on her way to recovery.

Got cut off without warning mid-sentence Also, I got called away for an emergency yesterday and hope my Sept 29 session, which was rescheduled for today 10 am, was not double charged. Please confirm I was not double charged…have only had one session, which was today 10 AM.

Both times I’ve used this app I’ve had issues. The first time I signed up for a visit with a doctor and waited an hour to never receive a call. I called customer service and they said that the doctor must have logged off for the day or there was an error. The second doctor I got assigned to was very nice and helpful but it took over 2 hours for that to happen when it should have been 10 minutes or less according to the wait time I was originally given. The second time I used the app I signed up for a visit and was only on the phone for 30-60 seconds with the doctor because they advised they couldn’t treat me for the same issues if it was more than once in less than 6 months. Why was I not advised this when signing up for the visit when I specifically put the same issue I had been seen for through this app previously? So I get charged the visit fee for no service provided to me? I requested a refund through customer service and they said it may take a few days but also said if you don’t hear back in like a month contact us again. So it’s not sounding promising.

Oh my word this service is so good for a minor issue! I felt a UTI coming on of course on Friday afternoon when my Nurse Practioner is closed. The Dr was so easy to connect with and had my prescription called in before we even got off the phone! Amazing & I will definitely use again if needed! Thank you ???

After waiting 2+ hours in the emergency waiting room we were exhausted. We left before being seen due to longer than expected wait times. We were able to get a virtual visit fast and the doctor was very nice and professional. Thank you so much for seeing us as fast as you did! Will definitely recommend using Amwell!!
