Could be better

Jaime Martinez was the last Dr I saw and I don’t recommend him. He acted annoyed or bored during our visit and talked to me like I was clueless. I knew my daughter had an ear infection and have an otoscope I can use to check. I told him her ear was bright red inside but instead of asking me about her eardrum he asked me what her “tempranic membrane” looked like. I didn’t know that was the medical term for eardrum so I was confused about what he was asking and he basically dismissed what I said I had seen. I don’t feel like he made any effort to communicate effectively with me as a patient/layperson, he was not overly friendly or personable. Also, during our visit he appeared to be sitting in front of a window and I could see someone walk past during our appt. Not sure that’s following confidentiality requirements for working from home in the medical field.

Don’t take all insurances, there very expensive

amoroso1984fl

If your a Medicare beneficiary like me, they don’t take most Medicare planes. Infact they only take one. They are literally no HMO plans. It was a waste of my time. Based on reviews and them taking insurances I figured I would try it out but if your an out of pocket pay, there are cheaper apps that cost way less. They want almost 80$ for a visit even before insurances. I have been shopping around and this is the most expensive I seen so far. There are others for less then 50$. So steer clear especially if you don’t have insurance. User friendly interface though. That’s why it’s so good if your blessed to be able to pay into private insurance.

Would give 0 stars if I could

I used this service because all of the urgent cares around me were full. I waited 30 mins for the doctor to call me. I explained my symptoms and she told me that there was nothing she could do unless I was experiencing symptoms for a week. That makes zero sense. But my biggest gripe is that the entire call last 3 mins and 20 seconds…. I would have rather gone to urgent care and waited. At least they would listen to me and actually make an attempt to help me feel better.

Dr. Peters was amazing! I was nervous to use the service and even has a technical glitch and lost connection. But Dr. Peters promptly called back and and he was pleasant, professional, and made my experience awesome! Thanks Dr. Peters! You're the best!

$79 copay???

I have insurance that requires a $25 copay for virtual or in office visits. I’m not sure why this service wants 3 times as much but no thanks.

Health Care Made Easy

Robyn Anna

I am shocked at how fast and easy I was able to get care today. I love my regular doctor, but so does everyone else do it is virtually impossible to get an appointment if I get sick, but not sick enough to go to an ER. The telemedicine visit was fast, easy and addressed my needs. The doctor was kind, caring and very professional.

Excellent partner in care with UnitedHealthcare’s Medicare advantage plan

RMGFl

I found the doctor to be extremely patient, knowledgeable, and I informative. He took time to explain the origins of my diagnosis and gave me good sound suggestions on how to alleviate my symptoms.

Dr. Pithaw is Awesome

Ms Sciteach101

Dr. Pithaw listened attentively, recommended a course of action, and suggested I follow up if not better in three days. She even took time for my questions…..more caring than some in person doctors I have seen lately!
