I chose a specific doctor to see online. They changed me to another doctor who was horrible. She wouldn’t listen when I said I didn’t feel and didn’t want to get worse. I called to complain about the service and they didn’t care. Would give them 0 stars.

My daughter spiked a 104 fever with only a sore throat after doctors hours. I used this app instead of waiting until the next morning to see her pediatrician because she was so uncomfortable. The doctor we saw was very patient with my crying 5 year old. Had me look down her throat with my phone and gave me options and her recommendation. Had an antibiotic filled at my pharmacy 20 minutes after hanging up. Would use again.

Beware: Notifications go to your text

I wish the devs thought to put screen notifications as many people don’t always check their text. I see my notifications when my phone light up but I don’t always receive text messages until hours later and missed my appointment yesterday. Phone alerts would be much better than text alerts or even an automated reminder call. I’m giving two stars based on that. After I meet with my appointment then I’ll can rate the system.

EXCELLENT first experience. The staff was super helpful to get me connected to a Dr right away. The Dr was attentive and made sure to treat my symptoms thoroughly. Plus it was only $5.00 ??Now I don’t have to wait for my Dr appt tomorrow to get started on an antibiotic.

First time to try this service. Paid the $49 to see the provider. Told the provider my son typically has these atypical symptoms with strep-sore throat, cough, and congestion. Was told he could not prescribe antibiotics due to did not have fever, swollen glands, and was afebrile. Also, he had cough and “that was not consistent with strep.” Tried to tell him that he had fever in the morning by touch but did not have a thermometer at the time to take the temp, but i was not heard. I had been giving him antipyretics throughout the day. Was told was most likely viral and to continue with antipyretics as needed. Son’s fever returned and ended up having to take him to an urgent care this evening where (surprise, surprise) he tested + for strep. I feel like I was not heard. I understand being a steward of antibiotic use, but he has a strong history of this in the past (with one episode just 1 month ago) with the SAME EXACT symptoms. I am an RN. I have been a nurse for 11 years- all ER experience. I do not believe in giving antibiotics for every little sniffle. However, I do strongly believe in listening to the patient. Personally, I will not use this service in the future. I only tried it because I did not want to drive the 30 minutes to the doctor with a sick child and did not know this criteria would be required to receive the antibiotics I was trying to get him. I understand they cannot test via telemedicine but I would think a strong history of similar illness would suffice. I would NOT recommend this service.
