Older iPads on iOS 12 cannot use this

I’m wondering if when this app was upgraded to require iOS 13, Apple and Amazon knew that older iPads stuck by Apple on iOS 12 would no longer work? The iPad app now opens to Safari and tells my senior Mom that it requires iOS 13.
Not great for listening to music and shopping

Love ordering/ hate the drivers

While I love shopping from the convenience of my home, I hate it when the delivery drivers never deliver my package to the right house and I have to wait days before I can get a refund or for Amazon to re ship me the item(s)

Search and filter functions are weak. It seems as though filters are designed to still include irrelevant product on the hope of selling you more. Just like lazada. Very frustrating. I know the product I want to buy. I don’t want all the accesssories and vaguely related it’s appearing in the search. Example: search for TV and you get tv mounting devises and peripherals. Results inhundreds or thousands of results than the few I need to chose between. Huge time waster. Sometimes it’s easier to go to a local shop

Amazon shopping was really the best for shopping, these days it’s trash, always problems with orders, almost everything that you buy when it gets to your address it’s always the wrong size, color, shape, and it always never arrives the day it’s supposed too, and it always runs late
