Disorganized orginization
********important********* Third party sellers operate different from Amazon. If you have an issue or need Amazon will not help except to call on your behalf. They say they take the feedback but I highly doubt that. Because of this I am phasing out Amazon Alexa at home and eliminating shopping with Amazon. Prob switch to Siri. Update: still no help. I’m out $200+ because of Amazon and because of that I will not be buying anything from Amazon. After a bit of research I found Siri is the most responsive so I am switching to Siri for room control. Must not have the bloatware that Alexa uses.

I used to love Amazon and never had any delivery issues when stuff was sent through the postal service. Ever since Amazon started using their own drives it’s been a different story though. Rarely do you actually get things in two days with prime anymore and orders are either sent to the wrong address or disappear altogether. There is also a ton of price gouging now. Amazon as a whole is really going downhill.

Randomly every year or so will start a monthly payment prime membership and I rarely use Amazon.I always just do free shipping options only. This is really getting on my nerves

In looking at different items, I noticed the reviews were for other products. That makes feel not confident of what Amazon is trying to sell.
Don’t buy gift cards

I redeemed a gift card to my phone number. Unfortunately someone else had been in my account and changed the password. My number is no longer active, but even when it was the people I called to see about changing this refused to help me unless the person who bought the gift card took legal action. Me and this person quit talking (I refused a proposal), so unfortunately I never got the gift card. I also never got my account back, either. I could prove it was my number to this day. It is listed in my Apple. They still refuse to do anything about it.
