I pay for prime and use to order my stuff on here and it would ship most of the time that day. Know I order things and it gives a shipping date several days out. Then they wait till the last minute to ship my items and then they arrive late??? Why are you charging me for prime if we aren’t getting our stuff faster than we use to?????

I think Amazon has the best prices, and great delivery. Though honestly I really don’t need it always the next day, and that’s where the guilt comes in. I hear on the news that Amazon is this evil employer who doesn’t let people unionize or take a pee break. However, I’ve spoken to a couple of employees and they say they’re happy. My point is if there wasn’t always next day delivery and that improves working conditions, I’d I knew for sure Amazon was treating people right. I’d look around less before ordering from Amazon.

I shop Amazon quite often and am impressed with the quality of the items I’ve purchased and fast deliveries. Amazon’s return policy is easy to navigate and refunds are prompt. I appreciate the ease of shopping from the comfort of my home.

Less than 12 hours of purchasing an item I realized the wrong card was used and I requested a change. Amazon has made it difficult and told me I could just refuse the delivery and send it back. The item was preparing for shipment, but one page said I could change the payment method until it ships, but when I asked they said I couldn’t. So they need to update their policy across the board. The time before the shipping date kept changing on an item and was 2 months late & when I requested to cancel they said it was in shipping and they could not, but it never said it was in the shipping process. I had to call the original company to cancel the order because Amazon was lied and said it was in the shipping process when it was not.
