I enjoy Amazon so much because it’s so convenient and they are reliable - there was one time out of many orders, they sent me the wrong product but everyone makes mistakes - however I was pleased that there were options for returning the product rather than shipping - I returned mine at a Kohl’s near by and let me tell you it was so easy that it only took a minute - overall super happy with them - I’m sure they will only get better in time
App no longer works

Suddenly, all the Amazon related apps on my iPhone stopped working. Did all the trouble shooting I could think of, all the settings on my iPhone should be correct for the apps to work. But when I open this app, it just loads and loads till I get the error message. Very frustrating. Why only the Amazon apps don’t work is a mystery to me.

I loved Amazon since the early 2000s. It was books then and a few other items. But now I can buy food and clothes and electronics?! And at a decent price! I won’t ship any other online store but Amazon.

I can’t figure out how to buy a book. When I click on the book the message is that you can’t buy the book here, only get a sample. Very frustrating!
