Can’t add touchpad support?

I’ve try using the Amazon app on my iPad Air 4 and I have it connected to the Apple Magic Keyboard. When I try clicking on the buttons of the bottom of the App like Home, Account, Cart, Menu with the mouse/touchpad, the cursor just jumps all the way to the bottom left corner of the app. How is it possible that this day in age a simple thing such as a mouse doesn’t work on your app?!?? Please fix or I’ll just resort to using the Walmart app.

There’s absolutely no link nothing that gives customer support over the app like it used to be. There’s no way to chat, there’s no way to call anyone. It’s obvious they purposely did this to avoid helping customers with refunds or anything.

I won’t lie, I use Amazon for a width and breadth of deliveries because they have good prices and solid follow-through on deliveries. However, I discovered this app on my phone just today, WITHOUT ME SELECTING OR APPROVING INSTALLATION. 100% unacceptable. Any business needs to remember that they’re only there IF a customer needs their services. You start sticking your nose in my business without my permission, then that inspires me to start looking elsewhere.

Some years back I was very hesitant on shopping on Amazon now is my favorite place to go so easy and convenient and if you have any issues they make it so easy to return items I will recommend it 100% five stars

Have removed app and reinstalled. Still comes up with something went wrong dogs. Signed out on account from computer thinking that may help but no. Just a white screen on app when I go to sign in! Very frustrating!!!
