As soon as my Directv contract is up, I'm canceling it. I watch WHAT I want WHEN I want. This Amazon Fire Stick is awesome. The app to use your phone to control it is just as awesome.

App remote only way to go

The supplied remote with the stick hardly works and is not very responsive. The remote in this app for the fire stick is 100x better, Amazon should just sell the stick without the remote.

I've tried so many apps that are to replace the remote for a device and none really have worked. This is one that really worked without any effort on my part and does everything I want it to do. I like it because I don't need to go on a remote hunt every day.

Very happy with operation overall. Love the speak to search et al feature. A bit disappointed in what is available with Prime for free viewing. Apple TV has more choices, still Amazon Fire Tv is worth it.

It has been a great experience so far movies I haven't seen in years can be pulled up in seconds. Never have to worry about storing movie in the house or waiting for Netflix I love it. Great investment!
