Always needs to re-synch, constantly just gets “hung” and you need to reboot multiple times, makes you select which fire tv stick your using every time you open the app which is incredibly annoying.

I lost my remote and thought I had to buy a whole new fire stick. Thanks to this app I don't have to. I am in love with the app the only thing I don't like is that it disconnects fast other than that it's amazing!
From useful to unusable...

When I first downloaded this app, it worked great for the first week, thought there was no app on this planet better than this one. After about a week, I ate my words. The remote won’t stay connected and I have problems scrolling through menus on Netflix, Hulu and Kodi (pretty much any menu on my firestick period) PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE UPDATE THIS APP FOR BUG FIXES!

What’s the point if it never pairs with your firestick? Just a ploy to get me to buy the more expensive remote.
Need actual remote to use app

Left the actual remote at home when traveling with the Fire TV stick, but thought I'd be okay using the app. Nope. Both the app and the Fire TV need to be on the same wifi to connect... but you can't connect the stick to the wifi without the actual remote. So the app is useless without the remote first being used to set up the stick wifi connection. Learned a new lesson. Disappointed for sure.

Absolutely horrible connection issues. Have to try and connect about 10 times sometimes for it to magically work. Then sometimes it’ll do it right away . Makes no sense.
Stops connecting

App worked perfectly for two weeks. Now it won’t connect. I try over and over, but it won’t connect anymore. Very frustrating. Ended up deleting the app. Very disappointing.

buttons dont work. only thing that works is the hone and back buttons. totally useless app. cant select anything to watch on it. it connects to ur stick but does nothing useful.
Don’t know what has happened

This app worked great and I used it all the time. For some reason it now keeps logging me out and can’t find me after I login again. I have to remove the app and install it again to turn my fire stick back on. It stays working long enough to open but locks up again. I have been using this app for about 2 years without a problem. I just don’t understand what the heck is going on. I am very disappointed.
