It freezes all the time, it makes my phone freeze. I also find that if I’m using the app the fire stick is much slower

I cant ask for much more fairly complete i can only ask for iPad centric versions as i can leverage the screen size but its not high on the wish list; also volume controls would be nice so I cans stop using the tv remote (hdmi-cec)

I have used this for four days now I haven’t had any problems with it I really enjoy being able to use my iPad or my iPhone for the remote because they’re just big enough that I won’t lose them lol....I gave four stars because the app can always be better, although I don’t know how I could have easily given it five stars.
Still no support for iPhone X

For this to be an app from Amazon to be compatible with their own device, it’s awful. I don’t even use my Fire tv as often because I lost my remote and can’t even use the app in the meantime.
Incompatible with HBOGO and very touchy

You need very fine motor skills to navigate as a minor touch will make you scroll 25 line past your desired destination. Also your phone screen must be on to watch HBOGO / HBONOW because once your phone screen shuts off it kicks you out of your HBO app.

Prior to the recent update, i didn’t have any connectivity issues. Ever since i updated the app, i have not been able to connect to my firestick. I’ve refreshed the app and even restarted my phone. No connection. It’s a complete waste of space on my cell phone. And, I have no other issues with my WiFi or other remote apps. Please do not download this app. It’s complete garbage!
