I starting using this app after I misplaced my remote (okay I was too lazy to grab it from under the bed) and it is the worst. I can't close the app or open anything else because it stops playing whatever I'm watching. I'll more than likely reach under the bed for my remote and delete this app. Not worth it.

Have a hard time keeping a connection. This app worked well with my old blu vivio phone but it’s horrible on the iPhone 8+. I constantly have to unplug and replug to restart the Amazon stick so the app will connect.... kinda annoying

What in the fresh hell made Amazon think a touch screen circle that only appears when you touch the screen would be easier than four arrows pointing East, West, north and south? They went George Lucas prequels on us, deciding that fancy imagery would be better than simple understand this app. I hate this app with the fire of 1000 Ashley Judds looking at Trump. So bad. Remote lost, and new one backordered til March... considering creating a countdown clock to make the days go faster so I’ll never have to use this app again.

Since the app last updated every time my screen on my phone goes to sleep, my tv goes back to the home screen. So annoying. Can’t use the app and my new remote is going through two sets of batteries a week. I’m about done with my fire tv.

Every time I try to open the app, it crashes. The remotes not working, the apps not working, and now I am watching Netflix on my phone. #Irritated

This app is terrible! When I have the tv playing it takes forever to connect ! But I need it. So if you could fix it to were it actually works then I would love that but now I can’t even get to watch Netflix. Please fix the connection
