1. Download before you go! 2. Look at the free movies first. 3. Most of the time the problem is the aircraft WiFi. 4. There are no “controls” in this app. When the plane is working, the app appropriately opens the browser, puts you on the aircraft page, and away you go.

I recently used this app on our Southwest flight. Worked as described and had no issues access videos. Access to the live TV channels offered, movies and more. I thought it worked great and had zero issues or app crashes.

If ya have 4 hours for a 2 hour movie your good. The WiFi and the app on Southwest is terrible. I have new phone, updated app and still kept dropping movie to re stream. Maybe work out kinks before ya offer something ya can’t provide. Just thought.

Junk. $13 dollars later, still failed, even though the "compatibility check" worked fine. Simply doesn't work. Clunky anyhow.

I purchased a movie on a Southwest flight and Airtime would not work. Rebooted several times as directed still would not work

Completely useless app stole my money

Installed latest version before flight. Ran their test to ensure that the sw portal could play a video in airtime and it was successful. Purchased movie and it would not play. Airtime would spin for a couple minutes and then either close itself or show a message about drm. Can't play the movie nor refund my purchase. I'll see if I can dispute the charge through PayPal.

Flew Los Vegas to Midway on Southwest. Only flight tracker worked. Live TV wouldn’t play on my iPad although it has worked fine on previous flights.
