Yes, the iPhone synch process is frustrating. I thought I’d followed all of the steps properly and still came up firing blanks. I tried the plug/unplug, deletion of the app and re-installation, deletion of the app again and then a cold phone reset, and then re-installed the app. I also tried a few more things and was thinking of vodka, when all of a sudden, the registration request popped up. I entered the 4 numbers and was good to go. Next issue: If you, like most of us, bought this online, your Rx settings aren’t programmed. There are YouTube videos that show you how to change from auto to to your Rx, It’s done through the phone, takes a minute and you may sleep blissfully at home, aloft (if you can find the !##**!!
