Difficult to login for Seniors

I tried numerous times to log in and the verification process was the most cumbersome one (asking to select photos with cars, trees, signs, etc.). Not good for people with vision problems on a tiny smartphone screen. Gave up.

The app is pretty much worthless! I deleted it because it's just as easy to work on the website.
Won't flip over on screen - Shows Upside Down

The app shows upside down and won't move or follow the position of the screen. Basically, it's a useless App that is poorly designed and doesn't provide much about AARP information.

I love all the perks that AARP has to offer. Yes the website on my iPad is awkward because you have to manually turn the iPad to view contents. I simply don’t allow that to stand in my way of anything that will help me financially. Times are hard.
Screen orientation failure

Displays upside down. Password page is jumpy. Worst of my many apps to get logged into, and it’s freaking upside down to boot. You can fix this.
Screen won't flip

On a 9.7" iPad Pro, using the keyboard, the display won't flip to the proper orientation to use the iPad Pro keyboard. Makes the app very difficult to use; I'm deleting it.

When you want to see your card on mobile, you have to sign in, then you see a blank page. Then you have to sign in again. App does not work and if I am unable to use it, I am sure seniors cannot.
Upside down!

Works fairly well; BUT, it only displays in one orientation no matter how you turn the iPad. It basically has locked the orientation with no way to unlock it.
