No Membership Card

downloaded app, registered & membership card has no information on it. no one has any idea how to fix it

I downloaded the app, entered my email and password in the my AARP card and was able to veiw my card. I did not have any problems veiwing the discounts.

Well... Not quiet the 70s. But when the first thing it shows me expired it 2014, there's an issue.

No substance. A couple of coupons or notices of places offering AARP discounts. Not worth the space on my iPad for the app icon. Deleting now. Tata.

It has been many months AARP since you all last done an update to this app. I've been trying to renew my membership and this app doesn't work. You send letters requesting I renew my membership but yet you refuse to fix this app for anyone to renew. That's money you all are losing. The card doesn't really serve a purpose for me.

Msg. displays that there isn't an Internet connection (there is). Blank screen on benefits page. Old data displays. Pitiful.

I can see discounts but cannot login to my AARP account. I tried to reset the password; the app supposedly sent me an email but it didn't get to my Inbox or Spam folder. The type size is inconsistent. On some pages it is very small and cannot be enlarged. On other pages, it overflows the screen and cannot be made smaller. Someone needs to review this app for quality and test to make sure it works.

I really like being able to have AARP discounts at my fingertips based on my location. I can also key in the zip code of where I plan on being and get those discounts. I had no problem logging in to AARP.org to grab my membership card. I see no problems and appreciate the app.
