It is July 25, 2018! For crying out loud, fix the orientation function. I have to flip my iPad to see the app. Then everything else is upside down. Removing app...phooey!
This app is okay. I renewed my membership, the app would not reflect my new expiration date, which caused me to lose discounts, as everywhere I showed the digital card from the app said it expired. The app had no logout option to try to logout and back in to see if that would update it. I had to delete the app, download the app again, and log back in for the app to change my expire date on my card. FINALLY FIXED!
When trying to add AARP card to apple wallet, the sign-in to “my account” just sits there with spinning wheel.
Piece is junk I have an iPhone 6s and when I click sign in, in the app, it just spins Worthless
The app world be great except it redirects you to a website that you have to log on to again. If you're going to open the app for discounts you should remain in the app. This is very cumbersome and inconvenient. Especially for the elder folks that have to remember all the other info.
I’ve changed my password twice. I tried registering through the app (even though I’m already an AARP member), and it won’t accept my password. After three failed attempts, it keeps asking me to reset it after I JUST reset it. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app to no avail. I’m not going to keep resetting my password. I can log in from a desktop with no problem the new password(s). This is too much of a hassle. I can’t imagine how frustrating it would be for someone that isn’t tech savvy. I’ll just access my AARP account from a desktop like a Neanderthal but AT LEAST MY PASSWORD WILL WORK!!
Cannot register to create an account. Screen locks up trying to reach the server.
The tech support is terrible was unable to log into my account and tech support could not figure out why. Extremely disappointed
