Upside down

This app is upside down which makes it difficult to use. I just downloaded it and it just will not function properly
Has anyone noticed that this app has major problems?

I downloaded the iPad app version and it came in upside down! I thought I did something wrong, so I deleted an uploaded it again. Though I thought it might be interesting to attempt to read and write upside down, but I got a headache. Please fix this.

The app doesn't rotate to assume the direction you are holding the iPad. I have to hold mine upside-down to read it. Meaning you have to reorient the iPad each time you want to use the app. I can't think of any other app that neglects this functionality. Note to ASRP: The iPad has one button on it and it can be set to read your finger and thumb prints. To use your app I have to turn my iPad upside down. This puts the thumb reader under my left thumb. Do you think your app is so special that I should go into settings and program it to read additional fingers or thumb? It's an unfriendly design that influences me not to use the app. Maybe you should study how many users feel the same. 30%? 50%? I see people making similar complaints about your online magazine.

This app turns the screen upside-down. I use a keyboard case with my iPad so just flipping my iPad around is not an option. And even if I didn't use a case, I can't think of a more obvious bug that should have been caught and fixed before releasing the app, which is kind of ridiculous.

Denny's would not accept my digital card because it could not display the barcode. They said they had to scan the barcode and could not enter it manually. So this makes the app totally useless. Maybe you could add the back view of card and also be able to add it to the Apple wallet would be a very nice feature. Fix the iPad rotation problem. That is also really bad.
