Not letting me log in

Just downloaded this app, but everyone I try to log in it’s not letting me log in. Gives me error message 44x099. I even reinstalled and turned off my phone on and off.
Only Works Once

The app works great once. However, the service request you enter never gets removed and blocks any subsequent attempt to place a new ticket. Tech support takes a minimum of 20 minutes to reach. During your long hold you will be subjected to multiple messages telling you to download the mobile app for quicker service. They should rename this the “comedy app”.

Recently downloaded the app. Was unable to get the app to work. It would continually cycle asking for location information, Van would freeze. After the fifth try, I deleted the app needs serious reworking!
Nice Improvement

Would give it 5 Stars but still has a little work to get there! Overall an overall nice improvement from the earlier version. One issue that needs to be addressed is resolving conflicts when a member lives in one county that has 2 AAA Auto Clubs. It took at least 11 calls and 2 months to resolve this conflict in signing up with this app and trying to determine which auto club I actually should belong too? But again great job in getting this app up to snuff ?

When I sign on, the app continuously attempts to load but never succeeds. It’s perpetually stuck. Am in 20904 zip code. You guys messed with a good thing and failed in your preproduction testing!

From the AAA dispatcher to the service professional, it was an amazing, customer service experience! Service was timely, communication impressive and the app made it all effortless. If you do not have a AAA membership you are missing out on a huge value!!!
