I don’t use this app often but once a month to make payments. It works well when needed.

Tim was very professional, knowledgeable with his testing equipment and was very polite. My battery tested marginal so I had him replace it. It took him a very few minutes.
New update, went downhill

The newest update you had may have had good intentions but bad execution. I used your app a lot for my various trips and now it’s just not convenient or easy. The programming needs to be rethought and reengineered.
Worst service ever. Not at all like they used to be.

Stranded with no spare. Called and while waiting almost 30 min on hold to speak to someone we downloaded this app. The road service tap doesn’t work. Tried a diff phone, signed in no prob and same issue.. road service tab not working. Finally got a human on the line after 40 min on hole. Said we were all set and a tow truck will be there is 60 min. Waited 75 min and called. Was told yes we has a service request and they would call back in 20 min with a status. Still waiting stranded with a small child on the interstate at night in the rain. Thanks a lot :-(

Can’t order a tow through app. Click on roadside service icon and page just turn blue. Doesn’t allow to proceed

Just joined AAA, logged in with my info, and will not recognize it. Very frustrating....been trying all day and I cannot login to acces my account. Major glitches with this app...
