This app will not allow you to request assistance for a car to be extracted from a ditch or a car that’s stuck somewhere. When you select stuck, it wants to tow you somewhere. I didn’t need a tow, just needed my sons car pulled out of the mud off the side of the road. I had to call AAA because the app wasn’t helpful at all.
