App loads, but freezes!?

I have been a customer since 2000, no problems with any products or services! Until now?! I downloaded the App, enter my Zip-code, and check the box for Terms and Conditions—>Continue YOUR APP THEN FREEZES! I went from an Android to an iPhone. Is this an issue/problem?

Aaa came to our rescue for our failed Grand Canyon trip! We broke down 18 miles outside the Grand Canyon so their park services could help and the next closest repair and towing shop” doesn’t work with aaa” so Laurie spent ten minutes finding us someone to come to our rescue and it was the perfect set up! The driver that came and got us also got us a discounted rate on a hotel room to boot! And THEN we found out the engine blew and had to get it towed to flagstaff Hyundai dealership ...so aaa got us set up for that too! I am unbelievably grateful for their kind customer service because I am still in tears a thousand miles from home with a blown engine but they are so sweet in helping us get home

Service that gets better with time

I have been a member for 20+ years and I have the same trust in them now as the first time I called for locking myself out of my vehicle. AAA has worked diligently to stay current with the changes that have occurred from digital changes through the pandemic. They have gone to bat for me in getting payments returned from Hertz as well as Toyota charging me for towing. There’s no hesitation in joining again this year. I’m too old and it’s unsafe for me to change a flat tire out here in the wild.
Freezes at splash screen

App no longer usable as it freezes at the splash screen (picture of the side of a car and road) after logging in. Disappointed

No landscape orientation??.

Guys guys guys.... have you never actually used an iPad? Landscape orientation is the most common way to hold one. Your app should adapt. Update: the developer response to my complaint about the lack of landscape orientation was to ask for my zip code so they can forward it to my local club. This literally is a cookie cutter response. The local club has nothing to do with this. I doubt AAA even read my actual complaint and reacted based on the star count.
