The app works great once. However, the service request you enter never gets removed and blocks any subsequent attempt to place a new ticket. Tech support takes a minimum of 20 minutes to reach. During your long hold you will be subjected to multiple messages telling you to download the mobile app for quicker service. They should rename this the “comedy app”.
