Always have to log back in

One of the main issues I’m having with this app is every single time there’s an update I have to re-log back in and it’s not just a one time log back in it’s I have to log back in under like everything so if I want to check my policy I have to log back in if I want to pay my bill I have to login put my policy number and everything and if I have an account it should have everything linked to it already I shouldn’t have to have everything on hand overall it’s a decent app but there can be way better improvements to it

I’m glad they are catching up with the times, but I was hoping to be able to pay my auto insurance bill on the app, which I don’t see as an option.

I’ve never had issues with AAA! Always reliable! I just had an amazing conversation with the crisis manager from Indianapolis named YaShi and she was just fabulous. I even appreciate that she was familiar with the area that I’m currently stranded and was able to relate with me and even provided a sense of calmness about the entire conversation. She is definitely five stars out of three so ... #IndianapolisAAAAndMyGirlYaShi #TheCasinoGirl #HopeISpelledUrNameRight

This app redirects me to the Auto Club app. The Auto Club App NEVER signs me in even though I have a Username/Password. Always want to enable location which is already enabled. I’ll never use these apps again

I got AAA back when I was in college and downloaded the app immediately, thinking this would be super convenient, but after the initial use, every time I try to use a feature I get “Something went wrong. This page is not responding. Try again later.” I’d say several years later is enough time to try again as I had uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. Don’t get me wrong, this is a super convenient app to have to track the assistance that I would request but I just need it to WORK!! If this can get fixed it would be a blessing.
