Great App and Very Easy to Use!! Can't wait to see what GAINZ i make from my first 5x5 Routine
It has a clean interface and it does the job it advertises. The bottom ads are not too distracting either.
Not the app for you if you like to keep track of your workout. App repeatedly restarts and loses all information.
This is a great app and it's easy to track your workouts, but everywhere I checked online has deadlift sets at 1x5 not 5x5 so be careful!
It would be better if the weights increased by itself per day. Also you can't change target weight once you start the program. All in all the program is good. I would pay to get additional features but not just to get ads off.
