Do you have a unique lift you want to track? Create custom lifts and track your one rep max for any exercise. Get a visual of your hard earned progress with graphs.
Calculating your one rep max before attempting it can help keep you safe. Attempting a heavy back squat without knowing your limit can easily lead to injury. This app provides you with a strength estimate before you attempt your heavy lifts.
We've also included a weight percentage quick reference guide. This app is great for powerlifters, olympic weightlifters, and CrossFitters.
All one rep max calculations performed using the Epley Formula. The accuracy of the one rep max calculations can vary depending on the weight training experience and muscular composition of the athlete using the calculator. This calculator is designed towards seasoned strength trainers, and those with lesser experience may find their actual one rep maximum is much lower because your nervous system cannot handle the stress of a high weight.
Lift responsibly. Heavy weightlifting should be performed with a spotter for safety.
So this is part of an entire suite of software that is in some kind of useful post-beta but honestly it is way too complicated. Anyone heard of second system syndrome? I don’t need or want most of what is being offered.
Loved the idea. Managed around it being a problem getting into fields for awhile. Now it won’t open with latest iOS ?
I get notifications occasionally that this app is copying content from my clipboard.
Awful for Keeping track. Super annoyed I just spent $4 and it doesn’t work
Great for estimating your 1 Rep Max. But keeping track? You gotta be kidding. It’s not at all intuitive on how to keep track for different lifts. Plus, it’s really buggy about dates and keeping the lifts you select straight—I’d select dead lift then look at the log to see it changed to back squat. Not helpful at all.
