Simple

Love it

I’m seeing my numbers go up, and the plate calculation part is helpful.

Everything i need

The free version has everything you need to track 531 progress. Super simple interface. I spent the extra $2 to add more work out columns (to keep track of progress in lifts other than the big four) and don’t regret it.

Exactly what I needed

This app is extremely useful

Rough, very rough

There is no ability to adjust the training max directly, it has to be done through the true max. Alternatively, you input the TM as the 1RM, which means that calculation takes place outside the app. The data exports are pretty much worthless as well. I also didn’t know - didn’t read admittedly - that this is not affiliated with Jim Wendler, ie, licensed etc. the color scheme and font/logo led me to believe it was. I bought the 5.99 addition for the history and data exports that turned out to be disappointing. I would like a refund, but we all know how that goes with apps and apple...

I thought the Percentages were off...

At first I thought the Percentages were incorrect, I contacted the developer and he promptly answered my question regarding 5-3-1 “training max percentage” which suggests 90% of 1 rep max. This can be altered. 5 stars for app, and an unavailable additional star for developer helping explain, thanks! No more spread sheets!

Awesome program!

Just what I was looking for in a 5/3/1 app. I love the simplicity of this app compared to utilizing an excel spreadsheet on my iPhone. I love how it stays open without allowing the screen to close. Keep up the work on this solid app. It can only improve from here!

Great Easy to use

Very straightforward and customizable. Like it.

Easy way to do 531

Love the plate calculator. I am an engineer and don’t feel like doing math while I decompress during a workout!

10 years of CF/Endurance Running/Yoga...

I was fortunate enough to spend 10 years in the fitness industry. No other program I’ve encountered has come even close to 5/3/1. The most simplistically effective program available. At 42 I’m as strong as I’ve ever been. More importantly, I’m injury free for the first time since my early 30’s
