This app is made for people who are familiar with the structure of the 5/3/1 program and who needs simple access to the calculated weights for each exercise.
It’s an awesome app to keep up with your lifts and even bought some of the additional features. Problem is for tracking my deadlifts and shoulder press it says that my training max is higher than my 1 one rep max. Fix that and I’ll give it 5 stars.
This app is exactly what it needs to be, no more no less. It calculates the weight you need to lift for each exercise for each day of the program. All you have to do is put in your 1RM and complete the workouts. I can’t speak to the overall effectiveness of the 5/3/1 program as I’ve only been doing it for 3 weeks but I like it so far and this app helps me keep my mind on moving the weight rather than calculating how much I need to put on the bar.
Excellent program. Works well for the 5/3/1 program and gives customizable training weight percentages.
I have found a lot of uses for this, even when not doing the 5/3/1 workout. Worth lifters supporting this one- but the extras and help them out.
