I stopped doing 531 a few years ago, in part because the math /was/ kind of a burden for me. I recently saw old pictures of how much better my physique looked while doing 531, and I was like “hey, maybe there’s an app now...” AND THERE IS! I love it. It’s awesome. I’m gonna be strong and fine forever ??♀️. Thanks!!!

This app is a must for anyone doing 5/3/1 style training. All the work is done for you by the app. The only thing you have to do is put in the work & pick your accessory exercises.

Awesome app to tell you what to do based on 5/3/1 system. Nice add-ons if you don’t mind spending a few bucks but I am just using the free part now.

This is a great app for those who don’t want to pay money for a program. This gives you a great base to develop strength and size. If your looking for a nice powerlifting app without guessing weight and reps this is the app for you.

Firstly, this is a great app that I use almost every day and recommend it to everyone running 5/3/1. I am just posting this review here in hopes that the developer can tweak one minor thing. In the book, it says that you increase your TRAINING MAX by 5/10 lbs. after every cycle. However, the app only gives you the option to increase your 1RM. Please give us an option to increase the value of our training max every cycle. Once again, great app!

I love this app, it’s basically perfect for 5 3 1. Keeps a great log of everything and organizes my workout clearly. However, I have a home gym and wish that I could sign in and sync to my iPad so I could use the bigger screen or my iPhone if I’m traveling and working out. Mostly I want the purchases to sync across devices and the record keeping. Other than that, it’s really awesome and I highly recommend it.

Makes calculation of percentages so much faster. Tracking one’s progress with the calendar and graphs is awesome. Thank you.
