Love new ‘Optimized’ workouts!

HackyMoto

I love the new feature of ‘optimized’ workouts - what a great addition! I’ve found myself struggling a bit through a workout and not quite ready to move to the next one so would just have to repeat the current one again. Now with the optimized workouts, I get a bit more of a challenge on my next run, without having to make the jump to the next day on the program. Love it - thank you!

Simple Effective App

Pilipo1

If you are serious about getting to 5 or 10 K and want to lace up, hit one button, and run, then this app is for you. It does everything I need without drowning me in options and badges and social integrations. It has all that stuff but puts it in menus and lets you get running. Great app

Love it

Was truly a couch potato started with 5k and now graduated to this 10k app 4 months into it along with IF 30 pounds gone! Forever grateful!

Great App

Clear, you can see your work out ahead. You can pick a background. I play my preselected music ahead and can play it while running. I also love that the voice pops in occasionally and gives me positive reinforcements.

I used to HATE running

LanaHorton

Before starting this app, I was a “no cardio ever” type of person. I hated running. I was easily out of breath doing the most simple tasks. However, once the pandemic started and my gym was closed, I wanted to find a way to stay active. SO incredibly lucky to have found this app. Before the pandemic, I could hardly run half a mile. Hardly. Now, 6 months later, I can run 5 miles comfortably each time I run. So incredibly thankful for this app. Life changing!!!

Great way get back on the horse!

I have done the 5K app before and this one. I have run 10Ks and half marathons until last year. The pandemic has thrown off my running routine but this has gotten me going again. Great way to get back into shape.

Love it! And I hate apps.

This is a game changer. It’s disheartening trying to make my own run schedule because I fail. It’s motivating to see each scheduled run get ticked and completed. I also love the tracked runs and sharing options.

I love the upgrade!

I love that it ask about how I felt after and it alters the next run. I love it. I just wish it would integrate with fit bit. It’s was there at first, but I don’t see it in the apps section to add to Fitbit.

Finished the 5 k and moving on to the 10. I was/am surprised by the progress I’ve been able to make. Literally from couch to 5K for me. Excited to see what the next 5 brings. Not easy but it works.

Pace yourself problem

I like it because the goals are realistic and it optimizes your workout to fit your level. However, I would like to get 1/2 way notifications without the coach voice. I would also like to know roughly how far I should be running in each time frame. I’m training for a 10K but I have no idea how fast they expect me to run each mile so it’s hard to pace yourself.
