Novice runner at 42 – 10K Runner, Couch to 10K Run Review

Finished the 5 k and moving on to the 10. I was/am surprised by the progress I’ve been able to make. Literally from couch to 5K for me. Excited to see what the next 5 brings. Not easy but it works.
