Great application for training at your own pace. I didn’t know that it was best to start by interval rather than just one big shot. I learned a lot just on the first session.

I ran long distances before but haven’t run in a while. This app got me moving again and am running distances again.

I started using this app after my divorce, to train for a 10K that my friends signed me up for. It seemed too easy at the beginning, but j followed the plan and the day of the race, I killed it! Mind you, I had no real running endurance before this. I then signed up for 1/2 marathon and downloaded the 21K runner. I absolutely finished that 1/2 marathon and I haven’t looked for another running app. Highly recommended

Former athlete, now obese, I thought I’d hate this but I love it! It makes running possible. Totally worth it. I bought the extra and it’s worth it!

This app is amazing. So easy to follow. Starts out easy & builds you up! You can do this!!

It would be better if I can enter my mileage that I’ve done on a treadmill and if there are reports where you can see your weekly mileage and total mileage for the program. So the actual program it’s self is good but really disappointed that I can’t do the additional features that I can find on other apps. I did start my trial for the premium and it still won’t let me enter anything

So, middle of covid quarantine, I reach my fattest ever, depression compounds, intrusive thoughts of hopelessness and despair are my every day. My therapist and I circle in on body issues being part of my mental struggle, and with the help of my extremely supportive partner, I download this app and start doing the workouts. One increment at a time. The dopamine shot my brain got every time I completed an interval kept me going, for months. And now, I’ve run 2 10k’s in 3 days. Never in my life have I been able to do that. I have a healthy addiction to running now, and will be moving on to the half marathon trainer next. Thank you, app devs. You really changed my life.

I have been using this app for a couple of years now, even after I have finished it I still go back and do different days to give me variety in running on back to back days, keeps me from getting bored. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because it doesn’t work with the Apple Watch, if they can improve that function it would be awesome!

I could not have become a runner or met any goals to become one without this app. It gave me a doable scaffolding to improve and kept me company while I did. It also reassured me that wherever I was at was ok and that I can progress at my own pace. 100% worth the money (I started with couch to 5k and am now doing this one!).

Love the app. Only issue is it Needs manual mile input for people that run on indoor tracks and treadmills.
