Love this app as is. I would like to see a way to ask for / add in additional motivation comments. Some need more than others. Also, I’ve had to start back at the beginning a couple of times for various reasons. I would really like to see a way to erase the check marks previous so the new start would be fresh. Thanks for a great app!

This app will truly help you get off your couch and get fit. It takes all the thinking out of it and tells you exactly what to do. You don’t have to keep up with intervals; just run or walk whenever it tells you to.

Pros Great walk run program, no need to watch watch has prompts to run/walk. Journal and gps is good and like including my music. Cons Not everyone is starting from same point so which they had a choice. Wish program won’t stop when time is over. I like to walk after run I wished it kept tracking going

I’ve used running apps in the past, but this is far superior. It builds running fitness in the best way possible, pushing the amount of running just enough with perfectly mixed run/walk combinations. And you get a little break now and again too. WELL worth the money for a six-week program!
