I love this app. I have zero experience running and it’s been a great tool to build my endurance. Plus, finishing each day is it’s own motivation. I’m currently on W9D3 and I never imagined I’d get this far.

I love this app. I love how slowly it increases the minutes to run. You don’t feel discouraged at all. When I started I could barley last 1 minute running but I never felt like I couldn’t complete the day. It’ll be challenging of course because running is never that easy. Mind over Matter when it comes to running! I love how if you stop running for months you can come back and start at week 1.

This app is hands-down my favorite of any I’ve tried...and there’s been quite a few. It syncs to my apple watch so run and walk alerts are a buzz against my wrist and my music isn’t broken. The runs are broken up into manageable sections and the plans are three days a week. When you start a plan it evaluates your run history and current level of fitness and jumps you to appropriate spot instead of just beginning day one, week one. BEST RUNNING APP *mike drop

I love this app, but no Apple Watch integration makes it useless if you don’t want to lug your heavy phone on a run.

Great app. I began training for a half marathon, and started with this app. The progression is very natural, and there’s an awesome lady who motivates you throughout each day!

No Apple Watch app??? Also the interval timer doesn’t always play so I have to hold the phone in my hand to watch the time. It happens at least once a work out.

I’ve used it twice now and it’s amazing how it works. The second time I didn’t start from the beginning - used the quiz to see what week I should begin at - and that was great. Both times I ended up running further than seemed possible at the start!

i have never written an app review before, but this app honestly deserves it. i downloaded this about 2 and a half weeks ago, after spending years going through cycles of trying to “become a runner” and quickly giving up because i lacked the endurance or skills i wanted to see and had no way of knowing how to get there. this app has been amazing for that!! i paid for the $8 three month subscription so that i could start at week 6 (where i felt my fitness level was at), and the results have already been amazing! i go 6 days a week instead of the fixed 3 and have seen huge progress in my fitness levels and my mindset when it comes to running. would definitely recommend for anyone interested in becoming a “runner” without paying absurd amounts for a personal trainer or fancy program. my only complaint is that you can’t really customize the plan you make too much. like i said above, it’s a fixed three runs per week schedule and it’d be nice to be able to start at your fitness level instead of the absolute beginner steps.
