Iberostar, try using your own app – Iberostar Hotels & Resort Review

I’m at a Iberostar right now. Want to see activity schedule that used to be listed on paper. Now I’m told I have to use the app. Search for hotel from list. List is blank. Enter Tucan, nothing found. Try logging in. Unavailable. Other than take up space on my phone what does this app actually do?
