Only as good as the concierge – Iberostar Hotels & Resort Review

The app might be working well, but if the concierge on the other end doesn’t respond, then it’s worthless. Also- read the fine print. This app is an excellent data miner that allows Iberostar to view your activity. Call me paranoid, but this way they can determine what’s important to you and subsequently charge you for the service!
