This app is worthless. You would like you'd be able to easily find a resort, view the rooms, view the resort, all before you book your trip. Not with this app. You can only select a resort by name, not region or the map, name only. I deleted it 5 minutes after using it. Very frustrating.
Doesn't work at all

I checked into my hotel in Jamaica and tried to use the app for the "experience". After inputting my info and tapping SEND, I get to a page to confirm it's me. When I flip the slider switch and send absolutely nothing happens. I asked the front desk about it and they knew nothing of it.

Very “bug-gy” app. Not designed well at all. They need to remove it from the App Store. There’s no sense in using it at all. Very frustrating experience.

This app seems to do less than the website. I’ve accepted the confirmation mail multiple times, but it still asks to send a new one. I’ve checked in, but it doesn’t recognize it and doesn’t show any information about my hotel. Unfortunately, not worth your time.

This is so broken as to be non functional. I have seen app mock ups that did more. The pictures of the app look like that would be a great app. Too bad they are not from the app that you download.

This app is only useful for general information. No matter how much they recommend it, DO NOT use to book your dinner reservations. The app spontaneously cancels reservations and never provides up to date information. Go through the concierge, otherwise you are going to end up eating at the buffets.
