App will not open – UP® – Smart Coach for Health Review

This app has been good for months. The past 3 weeks I have not been able to open the app except for a couple of times here and there. I get messages reminding me that I have not synced the app and when I try to open it the app sits on the yellow/gold screen. I am not sure if anyone else has this problem but it is very frustrating. The app and my fitness band are useless!!!
